Personal Training

Physical therapy restores the patient’s natural range of movement and function. Guided exercises increase strength, manage pain and reduce stiffness. The patient will regain balance, control and coordination of the patient’s movements. Exercise is medicine, and there will be a focus on learning the correct principles and techniques. Ongoing coaching, as well as shared goals, will set the patient up for long-term results.
